Perivale is the easiest part of our patch and one of the easiest in west London. Interwar semis on long residential roads, driveways on most of them, and room to turn a vehicle.
The housing

Western Avenue
The A40 runs along the northern edge and is busy at predictable hours. That is a timing question rather than an access one — properties on or near it get an off-peak window, chosen at survey rather than discovered.
It also makes this the quickest part of UB6 to start a long move from, which is why a good share of our European loads leave from this side.
Horsenden Hill and the estates
The hill shapes a few approaches on the northern roads — nothing difficult, just worth a look. The industrial estates behind bring small commercial work: units and workshops, usually moved out of hours.
