About us

A Greenford firm that works a patch it knows and says plainly where that patch ends.

What we are

A removals firm based in Greenford, working UB6 and the edges either side of it. Houses, flats and maisonettes, man and van, storage, packing, and a European arm covering four destinations.

Not a national brand with a local page, and not a booking platform passing your job to whoever answered. The crew that surveys your house is drawn from the people who load it.

Why the site is not green

Because the town is called Greenford and that is a place name, not a colour instruction. Every second firm working this postcode reaches for the obvious joke, and the result is a row of sites that look like each other.

We would rather look like a firm that thought about its identity for more than a minute. It is a small thing. It is also the kind of small thing that tells you how the rest of the job will be done.

How we price

On measured volume, access at both ends, how much packing you want done, and distance. Nothing else — not how urgent it sounds on the phone, not the season, and not what another firm quoted.

The survey is free and carries no obligation. For most Greenford addresses a video call does it; for maisonettes and anything with an awkward external stair we would rather come and look. The number that comes back is in writing and it holds unless you change what is coming.

What we will tell you

That a bedroom count is not a volume, and that the loft, the garage and the shed are frequently a room between them.

That your move is really a man and van, when it is — even though the removal would have been the larger invoice.

That the Broadway wants an early start, that Western Avenue sets the clock rather than the access, and that the maisonette stair is the thing that decides your day.

And that Ealing, Harrow and Hayes have their own coverage on our network, so you are better served there than by us pretending.

The European side

Four destinations rather than a list of fourteen. France, Spain, Italy and Portugal — enough volume on each that the customs process is familiar rather than looked up.

The file is built from the survey inventory, which is why the paperwork does not become a separate scramble three weeks after you booked. Where a document has to come from you — an NIE, a codice fiscale, a certificado de bagagem — we say so at the start, because those are the parts that cannot be accelerated.

Insurance and conditions

Goods in transit and storage cover are in place, with the usual conditions around owner-packed cartons and items of unusual value. Declare anything genuinely valuable at survey and we will confirm in writing what applies before you book.

The full terms are on the terms page rather than buried in a footnote on a quote.

What we do not do

We do not quote before we understand the job. We do not promise a transit time we cannot stand behind. We do not take on a property without establishing that we can physically reach it. And we do not claim awards, accreditations, press coverage or customer numbers we have not got — if it is not on this site, it is because it is not true yet.

Cover

Goods in transit and storage cover are in place, with the usual conditions around owner-packed cartons and items of unusual value. Declare anything genuinely valuable at survey and we will confirm in writing what applies. The contractual position is on the terms page.

Getting hold of us

The quote form is quickest. Contact has the rest, questions covers what comes up first, and areas we cover shows exactly where our ground runs out.
